15 August 2025, Singapore – ENGIE is proud to be recognised with four awards at this year’s Facilities Management Experts Summit (FMES) 2025, organised by the Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA).
 
The annual summit, held at the Ritz-Carlton, marked a milestone year, celebrating SIFMA’s 5th anniversary and 25 years of the IFMA Singapore Chapter. With the theme “The Future Workplace: Technology X Sustainability”, FMES 2025 brought together leaders, professionals, policymakers, and innovators from across the built environment ecosystem to shape the future of facilities management.
 
ENGIE received recognition across both individual and project categories:
 
1. Promising FM Talent Award – Roy Ee (individual)
 
This award recognises outstanding leadership potential in advancing the FM industry. Roy has been instrumental in driving ENGIE’s integrated facilities management strategy in Singapore, championing smart technologies and sustainable solutions that set new benchmarks for operational excellence

2. Smart FM Technology Implementation Award (Large Enterprise) – National Library Board
 
ENGIE supported the National Library Board in deploying an integrated smart building platform that centralises real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and energy optimisation. This transformation not only enhances energy efficiency and asset reliability but also improves the visitor experiences across Singapore’s public libraries.

3. Sustainability Initiative Award (Large Enterprise) – Changi Airport Terminal 2
 
ENGIE partnered with Changi Airport Group to deliver green building upgrades and sustainable FM practices, integrating digital tools and energy-efficient systems that reduce environmental footprint. The initiative demonstrates how sustainable design and operations can be seamlessly embedded into one of the world’s busiest airports.

4. Best FM Partner Award – M1
