Senior Manager Control Systems

Our main growth drivers are:
- Energy Efficiency Performance Contracts (EEPC) where we sell utilities to our Clients (Chilled Water, Compressed Air, Steam, Hot Water)
- District Cooling Systems (DCS) with 5 existing plants in Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore with several other projects under study regionally
- Off-grid solutions to manage the demand-side of the Energy : Micro-grid, on-site Energy production (Biogas, Biomass, Electrical batteries, EV charging, Fuel-cells, Hydrogen…)
- Renewable Energy with >150MW of Rooftop and Large-Scale Solar and has developed a 1 GW pipe and ambition to take leadership position in Malaysia and the Philippines
- Integrated Facilities Management (FM).
- Acquisition of companies in South East Asia in various fields (DCS, FM, M&E Construction, Data Center, Refrigeration, and the like)
REPORTING LINE:
- Head of Digital Platforms & Integrations
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
- Create and develop regional control system team
- Deliver existing and future projects
- Maintain and optimize existing systems
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and motivate a team of BMS engineers and managers, with demonstratable evidence of improving culture and engagement.
- Lead the team in a manner that it is recognised for technical and delivery excellence, embracing digital innovations and ability to flexibly respond to business needs.
- Manage team performance with focus on meeting and exceeding budget targets.
- Optimise the workload of the team to deliver current projects
- Support bidding activities and provide technical and financial inputs to support strategic bids.
- Provide strong safety leadership within dynamic working environments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in an Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering discipline, major in Control Systems is preferred, or similar
- Experienced and familiar with various phases of project works such as engineering, construction, maintenance and commissioning.
- Knowledge and experience with computer system networking, server/client and virtualization architectures.
- Logical thinking and analytical minded with ability to explore and provide different options and solutions for problem and issue.
- High communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- Minimum 10 years project management experience in system integration
- Solid commercial and industrial track record in Asia
- Strong experience with on-site testing, troubleshooting and commissioning
- Experience with ICONICS Suite and/or DEOS is a plus
- Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.
- Fluent in business English (oral and written) is preferred.
