Acquisition of companies in South East Asia in various fields (DCS, FM, M&E Construction, Data Center, Refrigeration, and the like)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be part of the South-East Asia (SEA) Project Management Department;
Support several projects of Engie SEA;
Assist project directors or project managers to monitor the execution schedule and project expenditure, forecasts versus baseline;
Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work;
Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes budget & cost management, change management, cash flow management, and contract administration.
Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to establish good project control principles.
Be part of the South-East Asia (SEA) Project Management Department;

Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to establish good project control principles.
Provide support to the weekly/monthly projects progress reports and other documents to submit to client (programmes, S-curves, dashboard, etc.);
Integrate third party (sub-contractor, supplier and consultant) schedules into master schedule on a regular basis;
Monitor project progress and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks;
Responsible for planning activities liaising with contractors’ planners;
Use planning/scheduling principles and methods including but not limited to: CPM scheduling techniques, resource loading of schedules, field progress measurement, analysis of critical paths;
Revise projects master programme and keep updated micro working programme weekly;
Prepare documents for weekly meeting;
Assist in EOT time claims entitlement;
Ensure Document Control for all activities related to Planning, Variation Orders, Suppliers and Contractors; Create and maintain the Engie South-East Asia Master Programme;
Prepare the monthly SEA progress report.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in engineering; Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification; Good knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, and any ERP software;
5 years experience in Civil & Structure planning preferable;
5-8 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical planning and project controls;
Very well organized;
Able to multitask;
Good communication and listening skills;
Capacity to lead meetings with Consultants, Contractors and Clients.
