Planner Engineer

- Energy Efficiency Performance Contracts (EEPC) where we sell utilities to our Clients (Chilled Water, Compressed Air, Steam, Hot Water)
- District Cooling Systems (DCS) with 5 existing plants in Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore with several other projects under study regionally
- Off-grid solutions to manage the demand-side of the Energy: Micro-grid, on-site Energy production (Biogas, Biomass, Electrical batteries, EV charging, Fuel-cells, Hydrogen…)
- Renewable Energy with >150MW of Rooftop and Large-Scale Solar and has developed a 1 GW pipe and ambition to take leadership position in Malaysia and the Philippines
- Integrated Facilities Management (FM).
- Acquisition of companies in South East Asia in various fields (DCS, FM, M&E Construction, Data Center, Refrigeration, and the like)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist project director and manager to monitor the execution schedule and weekly reforecast versus baseline
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and other documents to submit to client
- Integrate third party (sub-contractor, supplier and consultant) schedules into master schedule on a regular
- basis
- Monitor project progress and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks
- Responsible for planning activities liaising with contractors planners
- Use planning/scheduling principles and methods including but not limited to: CPM scheduling techniques, Resource loading of schedules, Field Progress Measurement, Analysis of critical paths
- Revise master programme and keep update micro working programme weekly
- Prepare documents for weekly meeting
- Assist in EOT time claims entitlement
- Ensure Document Control for all activities related to Planning, Variation Orders, Suppliers and Contractors
- Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in engineering; Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of MS Project and Primavera software
- 5years experience in Civil & Structure planning
- 5-8years experience in Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC planning
- Very well organized
- Capacity to lead Planning meetings with Consultants, Contractors and Clients
